1. Information We Collect

We process two categories of information: Customer Account Data (contact information, company details, billing info collected securely by Stripe) and End-User Search Data (product titles, descriptions, catalog structures, session identifiers, click event metadata, and queries).

2. How We Use Information

We use the information collected solely to provide, secure, and improve our Search SaaS platform. Specifically, we process data to compile merchandising insights, optimize AI semantic models, suggest synonyms, authenticate API tokens, and prevent denial-of-service (DoS) attacks.

3. Data Storage & Regions

During registration, you select your primary data residency region: Europe (eu-west-1), North America (us-east-1), or Asia-Pacific (ap-south-1). All search indexes are isolated per tenant. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 standards.

4. Integrations & Processors

We maintain data protection agreements (DPAs) with each sub-processor ensuring they implement robust security, including AWS/GCP (hosting), Stripe (payments), and Google/Microsoft (SSO credentials).

5. Security Safeguards

NexorAIQ employs enterprise-grade security protocols. Our security program includes regular penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and role-based access controls (RBAC).

6. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your account data and catalog indexes as long as your subscription is active. All associated search indices and records will be completely scrubbed and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation.

7. Global Rights

We comply with major international privacy frameworks, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at [email protected].

8. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or regulatory compliance. Any revisions will be marked with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
